Man Utd Goalie De Gea Set To Leave On A Free Transfer

The Manchester United keeper is contracted to the club until the end of the 2019-20 season.

Manchester United first-choice goalkeeper David De Gea could be set to leave the club for free this summer.

The Manchester United keeper is contracted to the club until the end of the 2019-20 season.

Amid reports of his likely departure, several clubs including Real Madrid, PSG, and Juventus are keen on signing him, De Gea seems less interested in extending his deal at Man Utd.

Should he decide to leave this summer, he is likely to command a fee of around £50million, but if he signs a new deal he could command as much as £100m.

De Gea is asking to get in the region of £400,000-a-week to extend his stay at United, a demand United are reluctant to meet.

The question remains will De Gea be sold this summer or risk losing him for free next summer?
